Tri-Lakes Views has evolved from sponsoring an annual art show to promoting public art. It's first contribution was a permanent installation entitled "Ice Harvest", located at the corner of Beacon Lite Road and 2nd Street in Monument. It's latest commission is "Aspen Grove" installed in the roundabout at the intersection of Old Denver Highway and Beacon Lite Road.
In 2009 Tri-Lakes Views initiated an outdoor sculpture exhibit. Currently 14 pedestals have been erected throughout the downtown area of Monument and in Palmer Lake. Each year there will be new sculptures mounted on these pedestals, staying there for one year. On four of the pedestals are installed permanent pieces of the collection: "Poppy", "Blade of Grass", "Sailfish" and "1304".
THE MONUMENT SCULPTURE PARK AT DISTRICT 38'S administration building was established in 2011 and 2012 in cooperation with District 38, and the Town of Monument. The Sculpture Park at the Santa Fe Trailhead was established in 2014. In 2016 we installed "Aspen Grove" at the intersection of Baptist Road and Old Denver Hwy.
